Ramesh Gautam has been elected as the District President of CPN United Samajwadi Salyan. Gautam was elected unopposed from the party's ninth district election held on the 20th and 21st.
Leader Hari KC said that Gautam was elected unopposed as the chairman after it was agreed to elect the district officials through consensus instead of elections. He informed that Gautam was the secretary before this.
Tek Bahadur Oli, Kalpana Sejwal and Prem Bahadur DC were elected unopposed as the vice president and Manvir Basnet, Jeet Prasad Acharya and Gobind Dangi were elected as the deputy secretaries, he said.
