Bageshwari Agro Pvt Ltd is operating a crusher industry near Dhungibazar under political protection by registering it in the name of Sand Washing Company  Locals and party leaders have alleged that they exploited the Sharda river using dozers against the standards. District Coordinating Committee Deputy Chief Asvir Budhathoki said that the complaint of the crusher industry had been received before and there was no hearing about it. Ward President of Triveni-3 Karnadev Dangi said that the crusher operating near Dhungibazar is still registered with the concerned body in the name of Sand Washing Industry. He argued that it has been operating as a crusher for about one and a half years to produce necessary materials for the construction of 15 Shyako hospitals and municipal buildings. "After the completion of the project, the crusher will be closed," he said.
