Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli is giving a special address to the Karnali State Assembly meeting on Friday. Provincial Assembly Secretary Jivraj Budhathoki said that there is an agenda for the meeting to be addressed by Prime Minister Oli at 2 pm.

Prime Minister Oli also addressed Lumbini Province on February 5. Before that, Oli will attend the third convocation ceremony of Midwest University.

He is scheduled to lay the foundation stone of Midwest University's engineering campus and also participate in the university's senate meeting.
