The Chief Minister of Karnali Province, Yamlal Kandel, has given instructions to provide services by excelling in performance. In a program held with the officers who were appointed as the seventh officers through open competition under the state government, he said that they should work by considering performance rather than favoritism in service delivery.
The attitude towards employees and political leadership in the society is not positive. He said, 'Now employees at all levels will have to start working to create a positive attitude towards the society. It is not like yesterday, citizens have become aware, your work is being evaluated from the citizen level.'
He suggested not to engage in work to increase economic status by doing wrong in the name of showing the society. He also said that although the political leadership is responsible for the policy decisions of the government, the main responsibility for implementing the decisions lies with the personnel system, so the achievement of the government can be seen through the performance of the employees.
