Deputy Prime Minister and Urban Development Minister Prakashman Singh has said that Congress and UML have come together to amend the constitution according to the people's wishes.

Singh said this while speaking at a press conference organized by Nepal Press Union Surkhet in Birendranagar on Sunday.

He mentioned that the current coalition has also been formed for permanent government formation and sustainable development.

Asserting that the ordinance has been introduced to ease the discomfort seen in service delivery, Singh said that the ordinance will be passed within a few days.

He also admitted that there is a delay in the implementation of the budget brought by the current government.
