Three people were injured when a jeep and a tipper collided in Salyan at around 10 am on Saturday morning.
Three people were injured when a tipper No. 1K 2472 carrying cement from Dang to Jajarkot and a Jeep No. 01001 J 005 going to Tulsipur from Kalimati in Salyan were involved in an accident in Kalimati Rural Municipality-2 Ekleber.
According to Inspector Resham Bahadur Khatri, Information Officer of District Police Office Salyan, those injured in the accident are 26-year-old Rishiram Pangali of Kalimati Rural Municipality-2, 25-year-old Chandra Acharya and 31-year-old Savitra Bhandari of Dangisaran Rural Municipality-7 of Dang.
Police inspector Khatri informed that all the injured are being treated at the provincial hospital in Tulsipur sub-metropolitan city and their condition is normal. He said that 25-year-old Chandra Bahadur Wali, 25-year-old driver of the tipper and 28-year-old Dammar Bahadur Wali, resident of Narayanpur, Ghorahi sub-metropolitan city-10, are under police custody.
