Karnali festival 'Kuda Karnalika' is going to start from Monday in Birendra Nagar of Surkhet. This is the sixth edition of the festival which started from 2076. According to the organizer Riti Foundation, the Karnali festival will last for three days till February 7.
According to the organizers, Karnali State Minister for Physical Infrastructure Gamta Vick, Kewal Prasad Bhandari, Executive Director of Foreign Employment Board Secretariat, Dr. Dwarika Upreti and others will give a speech.
Suryanath Yogi, Vice Chairman of Karnali Pradesh Planning Commission, will give a speech on the justification of the Niti Utsav, while analyst Ahuti will give a scholarly discourse titled 'Manth and Maido'. Besides, the Chief Minister of Karnali, Yamlal Kandel, will give a speech on federalism.
