The body of Bhojan Bahadur Shahi of Tilagufa-4 Rachuli, who went missing since Saturday while fishing, was found on Sunday afternoon. According to the police, the body was found drowned in the river 100 meters below the incident site.
The district police, armed police and locals searched for Shahi, who went missing in the Tila river at 6 am on Saturday morning. Police Inspector Govinda Prasad Chowdhury, information officer of the District Police Office, said that the search began early this morning and the body was found at 1 in the afternoon.
24 year old Shahi had set a trap for fishing on Friday evening. Shahi, a local girl studying in class 12 in Mavi Rachuli, slipped and fell into the river when she went to the Tila river on Saturday morning to draw water.
