Bhojan Bahadur Shahi of Tilagufa-4 Rachuli, who went missing in Tila river while fishing, has not been found till Saturday evening. Kalikot police chief DSP Tek Bahadur Rawat said that 24-year-old Shahi, who had gone to the bank of Tila River to catch fish on Friday evening, went missing in the Tila River on Saturday morning.
A local girl, Mavi, who was studying in class 12 in Rachuli, went missing in the river Shahi, and the local police team from Rachuli village and Khallagad police station conducted a search.
Govind Chaudhary, information officer of the district police office, said that after getting the news that the young man had gone missing, he reached the spot within half an hour and started searching.
