One person died in a motorcycle accident in Dailekh's Bhagwatimai rural municipality-1 Maulesal. 38-year-old Tej Bahadur Thapa of Dungeshwar Rural Municipality-2 Lankuri died on Sunday.
According to Police Inspector Lal Bahadur Sunar, Information Officer of District Police Office Dailekh, he was rescued when he fell into a ditch about 15 meters below the road. The injured Thapa died when he was taken to Dailekh Hospital, he said, according to hospital sources.
Thapa retired from the Nepali Army two months ago.
