District Hospital Salyan, Health Service Office, Salyan Multipurpose Campus, Tribhuvan Jan Mavi Luhaping, Sports Development Committee and Armed Base Camp office located inside Salleri Forest in Sharda Municipality-2 of the district, which is at high risk of fire, have been cleaned in the surrounding area.
Due to the fire, there is no problem in extinguishing the fire like in the past, human and physical structure is not damaged and the surrounding areas are not affected by fire. 
Since Salyan district is at a high risk of fire, a fire control campaign has been started since Tuesday to save settlements and human casualties from fire, and on that occasion, the office area around Salleri Forest has been cleaned, said Chief of Division Forest Office Salyan, Tek Bahadur Rawal. He informed that not only cleaning, but also other dry butyans and straws, including Salla safflower, which can help in starting the fire, were also collected and burned. 
Chief Deputy Superintendent of Police Kesar Kumar Neupane of District Police Office Salyan said that a team of 150 people including the Nepali Army, armed forces and police have been deployed in the cleaning program.
'When there was a fire last year, there was a rush to put out the fire in that office. Due to the fire, vehicles were not able to move on the road for hours, he said, adding that some people were also injured while extinguishing the fire. Cleaning has been done to be aware before any incident.'
