Nepal Electricity Authority has delivered electricity to 7,500 homes. As electricity reaches the villages, the use of electrical equipment is also increasing.

Ashish Shah, head of Jumla distribution center of the authority, said that electricity service has been distributed at all local levels. Currently, work in government and non-government offices has not been stopped due to lack of electricity . Instead, they are benefiting by using electronic devices . The authority said that there has been a delay in line expansion due to the lack of meters in the last two months.

At present, the authority is providing services by purchasing electricity to Chukeni in Patarasi, Chandannath Ghughuti and Jalpadevi in ​​Tatopani. Currently, 214 kilowatts of Jalpadevi, 110 kilowatts of Ghughuti and one megawatt of Chukeni are being consumed. The electricity of the national transmission line is giving light to Sinjakshetra . Before there was no electricity, Jumla was dark . There was a problem with the operation of the electrical equipment .

industry factories were difficult to operate . But now the machines for threshing rice, grinding flour, and cutting wood have reached the village . In the next two years, the authority aims to provide electricity to every neighbor's house. Accordingly, a new project has been started. Chief Shah said, "every house will get electricity in two years". It will be a matter of their desire whether to turn it on or not.'

Now there is no need to come to the office for repairs from paying the electricity tariff. Children's education has become better when they have access to electricity. Digital technology has started to be used in every school and government office. Netra Jyoti Mabi Hanku Principal Jajwalyaraj Neupane said that Jumla has been connected with the digital age after getting electricity.
