Two youths from Jumla who returned home from Jaisemet in Uttarkashi district of Uttarakhand state in India have lost contact. Vikas Kulal and Hari Bahadur Kulal of Chandannath Municipality-1 Kulalbada have not been in touch with their family since November 22.

According to the family, they had gone to India in search of employment and reached Nepalgunj on November 20 with a person named Kashiram Kulal from the village. Kashiram left Nepalgunj without coming home after saying that he would get a good job in India's Jaimet.

On November 22, Kashiram informed his relatives that they had reached India's Jaisemet. Vikas' mother Ujeli said, 'On the 23rd, news came that Vikas and Hari Bahadur were ill. Kashiram reported that he was sent to Nepal as he was unable to work. But so far both of them are not in contact with their families.'

Both Vikas and Hari Bahadur's mother are single women. At this time, they are begging to find their sons. According to Uzeli, even if Kashiram cut the tickets and sent them to Nepal, there is no definite information about whether they came to Nepal or not.

``We went to the district police office to search for my son,'' Ujeli said, ``The police turn us away saying that they cannot look at India. Who will be the agency that will search for them?' They are seeking persuasion from MPs to district administration offices and police offices to search for their sons.

Hari Bahadur and Vikas went to India for the first time. Being unfamiliar with India has also caused problems. We don't have the money to go looking for our sons, nor the people we can send to look for them, Uzeli said. There is no choice but to die.'
