Triveni rural municipality of the district has started the planning agreement from the ward from the current financial year. For the convenience of the common people and to end the compulsion to run to the municipality, the rural municipality has started the planning agreement from the ward.
The municipality has completed the contract work in 4 and 5 out of 6 wards and has advanced the contract process in others. It is said that after the plan agreement started from the ward, the common people and service users of the municipality got relief.
Khim Bahadur Rawat, president of Triveni rural municipality, said that in order to end the need to come to the municipality for small projects, the service users have been facing various problems in the past. He says that all kinds of planning agreements are being made through the consumer committee from the
ward. The chief administrative officer of the rural municipality, Khum Bahadur K.C., said that the problem of having to come from far away to negotiate the plan and sometimes the common people having to return home when the staff went to the field is now gone. He said that not only the planning agreement but also the opening of bank accounts is being done by the ward.
Ward President of Triveni Rural Municipality-4 Chhabiraj Sharma also claimed that after the municipality proceeded with the planning agreement from the ward, it was very convenient for the local consumers and they did not even have to rush.
