Karnali Institute of Health Sciences Teaching Hospital Jumla protesting teachers and employees Vice-Chancellor Dr. He has demanded necessary investigation on the appointment of Mangal Rawal as associate professor.

In the meeting with the negotiation committee formed to negotiate with the agitating teachers and staff, the teachers and staff also alleged that the rules of the institution were changed in the appointment of the vice-chancellor's associate professor. 

They said that the minimum qualification for promotion to a technical academic teacher mentioned in the regulation is that the sentence that must have worked at least 4 years as an assistant professor for the position of associate professor has been removed . In that sentence, after five years of working experience as a lecturer, at least two years of working as an assistant professor has been put. . They allege that all the points of the

regulations are correct but the first point of qualification required to be an associate professor has been removed. . 

Vice-Chancellor Dr. Since the appointment of Rawal's associate professor position is illegal, they demanded to conduct a proper investigation and correspond with the relevant authorities for necessary action.  In the

talk, the foundation drew attention to the fact that promotions and additional responsibilities were given time and again based on the principle of public service in the past . After 2074, the teachers and employees who were promoted according to the method and process that increased the level of employees, demanded to be promoted accordingly. 

Vice-Chancellor Dr. in the decision to increase the level of 58 teachers and staff ordered by the High Court Surkhet Jumla Bench. If Rawal agrees, it has been decided that both sides have agreed to stop the protest program. 

Foundation to talk with the protesting teachers. A three-member negotiation committee has been formed under the coordination of Double Bahadur Dhami. In which the Dean of the institution Dr. Preneet Pokharel and assistant professor Vivek Punmagar are members. Accounts officer Indraraj Dangi has led the movement on behalf of the agitating teachers and employees.
