24-year-old Ganesh Pariyar of Khandachakra-4, who was injured after falling from Bheer on Hirechaur while going home from the headquarters Manm Bazar, died during treatment.

A Pariyar who slipped and fell on the road while returning home late at night from Manm Bazaar died in Surkhet on Monday. 

Deepak Bishwakarma, a relative, said that the Pariyar, who was injured in a fight in the evening of November 9, died after being taken from Kalikot to Surkhet via Kalikot, Surkhet and Nepalgunj. According to him, Pariyar, who was referred to Surkhet on 10th November, was taken to Nepalgunj on 11th. The patient was brought to Kalikot on November 13 because of a serious head injury and was told that the surgery would cost 20,000 rupees. He died on Monday after collecting some amount of help in Kalikot and bringing it back to Surkhet. 

Ganesh's father, Manavhadur tailor, also died 7 years ago due to lack of treatment, said Dan Bahadur Bishwakarma, a local social worker. "There was an initiative to gather support through social networks for treatment," he said. Ba Bishwakarma, a human rights activist, said that the condition of the house was poor and he died due to lack of timely treatment.
