Karnali Chief Minister Yamlal Kandel has said that the citizens are looking for a new type of performance from the people's representatives.

He emphasized that the government should end the practice of allocating budget for the scheme but not implementing it. Chief Minister Kandel has also instructed that all the plans till October should be signed after the invitation to contract. Out of the allocated funds, 250 million rupees are for Jajarkot and 30 million rupees for Rukum West, the Chief Minister mentioned that the earthquake-damaged school and health post building will be completed in this financial year. The Chief Minister said that the government is working to continue the employment program by sending the budget to the plans from the ward level.
Stating that it is necessary to advance the conditional plans forwarded by the union and the state, Chief Minister Kandel said that the state government has come up with a special plan.
