The Chief Minister of Karnali Province, Yamlal Kandel, has instructed the relevant agencies to arrange the transportation so that the citizens do not suffer.

In a discussion program held by the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Law Karnali province with security agencies, transport businessmen and stakeholders related to the transport sector in Birendranagar on Sunday, Chief Minister Kandel suggested to the businessmen to make the transport sector competitive so that citizens can get services as much as they make the transport sector competitive. 

Chief Minister Kandel also directed to make the security check more easy . After the transportation businessmen complained about checking the passengers on the highway at various places, Chief Minister Kandel said that even though he has the right to check the safety, there should be a check on the highway based on the need. 

Chief Minister Kandel praised the activity shown by the traffic police despite the lack of manpower and resources. Mohanmaya Dhakal, mayor of Birendrannagar municipality, said that the parking management of the city area is going to be addressed in a new way in the

program. She said that with the increase in the market pressure, the current parking arrangement will be narrow, so preparations are being made to arrange it. 

Senior Superintendent of Police Rajendra Bhatt on behalf of Karnali State Police Office informed that the state police office has made road safety because the risk of accidents is higher during the festival than other times.
