Prime Minister Sushila Karki said that since the health insurance program is for the poor, she will not delay in discussing it with the Finance Minister and resolving the problem, considering it a disaster.

Prime Minister Karki expressed this commitment in a discussion with the concerned parties on Wednesday.
Prime Minister Karki said that since the health insurance program is for the poor class, she will not delay discussing it with the Finance Minister to resolve the problem. She also said that it is necessary to strictly regulate the program.
Since the program is for the poor class, the disabled, the infirm, and other vulnerable people, the government should take the program forward in the coming days in a way that benefits them.
Prime Minister Karki also said that the government will arrange the necessary budget for health insurance even if it takes a loan. Prime Minister Karki also said that it is impossible for the people to pay the premium but the government does not arrange the budget for them.
Prime Minister Karki also said that the Ministry of Health is going to make policy and legal arrangements to take the program forward through a single-door system.
