Kathmandu National Medical Teaching Hospital has been brought back into operation. On the occasion of the reopening of the hospital, the hospital said that it will provide free OPD services to the general public until further notice.
The hospital was inaugurated by Health Minister of Bagmati Province, Kiran Thapa Magar. He said that the re-operation of the hospital is a welcome step for positivity in the field of healthcare and medical education. Magar congratulated the entire team involved in the hospital and said that Bagmati Health Ministry will always support in promoting quality and accessible health services.
Hospital has arranged special discounts in other additional service areas as well . According to the hospital, all services related to general medicine, surgery, gynecology and obstetrics, orthopedics, pediatrics, mental health, skin and sexual diseases, beauty treatment, nose/ear/throat, eye, vein, heart, kidney, urine and chest diseases are available free of charge.
