Two women who were found unconscious in Gaindakot, eastern Nawalparasi, have died. The deceased are 38-year-old Kavita Rai of Baglung Jaimini Municipality–9, who had been living in a rented room in Harkpur, Gaindakot–12, and 45-year-old Kanchi Rai of Bhojpur, residing in Gaindakot–10. They were found in a field near Akalamai Temple in Gaindakot Municipality–10. Both had been working in agriculture and animal husbandry in Gaindakot.
According to police, the women died during treatment at Gaindakot Municipal Hospital after being found unconscious. Police stated that further details about the incident will be known only after the post-mortem examination.
