A landslide involving rocks has blocked the Arughat-Machikhola road.
On Wednesday evening, a steep river flowing over the unpaved road in Khanibesi, Dharche Rural Municipality-7, completely blocked the road, said DSP Rajkumar Shrestha of the District Police Office, Gorkha.
He also said that nine unmarked vehicles (mini trucks-3, buses-3, jeeps-2, ambulance-1) were stopped near the road towards Arughat.
He also said that a police team has been deployed to the scene from the Machikhola Police Station, Gorkha.
