Police and locals have rescued a young man who was walking on a log of an old bridge in Muglin. The 33-year-old man, who hails from Rajapur, Dang, and lives in Muglin as a daily wage laborer, had been walking on a log of a bridge in Muglin on Wednesday.
A team led by Police Inspector Pradeep Subedi of the Area Police Office Aabukhaireni rescued him after persuading him. The rescued young man has now been brought to the Area Police Office Aabukhaireni, said DSP Dwarika Ghimire of the District Police Office, Gorkha.
‘We understand that he is in family problems, further inquiries are being made,’ he said. He said that the young man who was walking on a log in a risky situation has been rescued safely and further investigations are underway.
