After the government and public land structures were not removed, Dharche Rural Municipality has also published a public notice and requested their removal within 7 days.
On April 24, the rural municipality had issued a 35-day notice requesting the vacate of encroached public land.
After the request to vacate the encroached land by making a decision at the village executive meeting was ignored, an ultimatum was given on Friday to vacate such structures within 7 days.
The rural municipality has warned that if the structures built on the encroached land are not removed within the specified period, legal action will be taken. The request has been made to remove structures built without permission on land in the flow area of rivers/streams, public lands, and wastelands.
