Gandaki's Minister for Economic Affairs Jit Bahadur Sherchan says that the budget expenditure is low because the contractor company has not come to sign the agreement due to the increase in the price of petroleum products and has not been able to pay. 'The company that was contracted to build the road in front of my ministry for 75 lakhs has not come to sign the agreement,' he said. 'If the price had been adjusted, the work would have progressed.' But the province cannot do that, the federal government must decide.’
