President Ram Chandra Poudel has said that Bhanu's birthplace should be developed as a literary, educational and tourist destination. 

Laying the foundation stone of Bhanu Literature Park on Monday at Chundi Ramgha in Bhanu Municipality-4, Tanahun, he emphasized the need to develop this area by promoting literature, culture and tourism in an integrated manner. 

'Chundi Ramgha should be developed as a trinity of tourism, language and literature,' he said, 'Adi Kavi Bhanubhakta Acharya has made a significant contribution to Nepali language and literature.  Because of Bhanubhakta, we are known as Nepalis.  Therefore, this area should be developed not only as a historical site but also as a living cultural center. 

Similarly, stating that the construction of Bhanu Literature Park will help in making this area known not only nationally but also internationally, he emphasized the need to make the Literature Park a center of national unity. 

At the program, Tanahun-2 MP Shriram Neupane and Gandaki Province Finance Minister Jit Bahadur Sherchan said that literary tourism will develop in this region due to Bhanu Literary Park.

According to the approved master plan, it is estimated that about one billion rupees will be spent for the complete construction of the Literary Park. Mayor Ananda Raj Tripathi informed that a budget of Rs 200 million has been allocated from the Federal Ministry of Urban Development in the current fiscal year.
