The Nepali Army has honored two families whose four children joined its organization. At the sub-conference of the Nepali Army Ex-Servicemen Conference held in Gorkha, the Rudradhwaj Battalion honored Banti Kumal of Chhebetar, Gorkha Municipality-10, and Matikumari Upreti of Tripurasundari Rural Municipality, Dhading on Wednesday. Four members from both families are affiliated with the Nepali Army.

Nepali Army Lieutenant General Harendra Pathak honored them by covering them with a dosalla. At the conference, three physically challenged former soldiers were provided with wheelchairs and crutches, said Rudradhwaj Battalion Chief Brihad Rijal.

At the program, Devkumari Shrestha, a senior citizen and wife of a former soldier, was honored as a single woman.
