According to the police, a police team was deployed to the spot on Thursday at around 4 pm based on information received. Both the people, who were staying in a tent, were taken into custody.
According to Police Inspector Gyanendra Bahadur Chhetri of the District Police Office, Lamjung, a case has been registered against both of them for animal-related offenses and a 5-day extension of remand has been obtained from the District Court, Lamjung on Friday. He informed that further investigation into the incident is underway.
