One person died and three were injured in a tractor accident that occurred in Bhimad Municipality-9 Aspakdi, Tanahun, Damauli on Sunday.

According to Deputy Superintendent of Police Shravan Kumar BK, the tractor driver, 45-year-old Maila alias Laddu Tharu of Chainpur, Shivaraj Municipality-1, Kapilvastu, died in the accident. The tractor driver, 32-year-old Anil Kumal of Chhangpatan, Myagde Rural Municipality-5, Tanahun, Narayan Pun and Durga Bahadur Pun of Kapilvastu, were injured in the accident.
The injured were sent home after treatment at the GP Koirala Respiratory Treatment Center, Deputy Superintendent of Police BK informed.
