The District Security Committee had requested for the transportation of ballot boxes of 23 polling stations under Chumanubri Rural Municipality, which is geographically remote and has no road network, by helicopter.
Ballot boxes of Gaurishankar Basic School, Samdo Basic School, Ward No. 2 VDC Building Syo, Community Building Lho will be transported by helicopter. Similarly, ballot boxes of Chumanubri-4 Health Post Namrung Larkebazar, Ward No. 3 Film Basic School Pati, Buddha Secondary School Film, Pangsing Basic School Pangsing, Sidung Basic School Sarsyung, Boudha Himali Basic School, Nyak Shringi Himali Basic School, and Nyak Polling Station will be transported by helicopter.
Ballot boxes of Prok Basic School Prok, Kwak Abi Kwak of Chumanubri-4, Himchuli Basic School Chhak, Krak Basic School Krak of Ward No. 5, Gumba Himali Basic School Ghummat, Sipchet Basic School Sipchet of Chumanubri-6, Chumling Abi Chumchet, Khar Community Vaccination Center Khar, Siddha Ganesh Abi Chumling, Chekam Basic School Jhung of Ward No. 7, Chulenile Abi Chulenile and Buddha Abi Lar polling stations will be transported by helicopter.
Assistant Chief District Officer Netra Prasad Sharma informed that the ballot boxes of those polling stations will be transported by helicopter only tomorrow.
