Targeting the upcoming elections, two polling stations in Syangja will be operated under the full leadership of women. The Chief Electoral Officer's Office has stated that women's leadership and a team of women have been deployed at the Kajiman Hariti Secondary School in Putalibazaar Municipality-3 and Saraswati Basic School in Andhikhola Rural Municipality-5, Setidobhan polling stations.

Dr. Supriya Poudel is the polling officer at the Kajiman Hariti polling station. Shantikumari Parajuli, Bindu Gautam, Shobha Regmi, Sangam Lamsal and Chuna Godar have been deployed as assistant polling officers and staff. The center is said to be managed according to a women-friendly concept. Officer Poudel informed that an environment has been created for women voters to vote in a comfortable environment.

Similarly, a team of women has been mobilized at the Saraswati Basic School, Setidobhan polling station. A team of Buddhamaya Blan, Laxmi Devi Sharma, Sangita Kumal, Geeta Pandey and Bishnukumari Pokharel has been deployed under the leadership of polling officer Rajwati Nepali.

The Election Office said that a team of women has been deployed at Saraswati Aabi Kendra while deploying staff. The local level has stated that the election management has become more responsible and inclusive due to the active participation of women. It is said that the women's team has been mobilized with the aim of making the election dignified, safe and inclusive.

There are a total of 248,816 voters in the two constituencies of Syangja. According to the District Election Office, there are 130,886 voters in Constituency No. 1. Out of which 64,775 are men, 66,110 are women and 1 other voter. 108 polling stations and 171 polling stations have been designated in the area. In which the district jail has been kept as a temporary polling station.

Similarly, there are 117,930 voters in Constituency No. 2. Of these, 57,689 are men and 60,241 are women. 91 polling stations and 151 polling stations have been determined here.
