Polling officers, staff and security personnel have reached all polling stations in Lamjung. According to Chief Election Officer Shishir Raj Dhakal, the necessary manpower and materials have been delivered to all centers in the district by Monday night.
Appointment letters were distributed to the employees from the Chief Election Officer's office on Sunday and Monday. After that, the District Election Office staff with election materials and the District Police Office with settlement materials reached the respective centers.
Materials were distributed to polling officers at polling stations in Dudhpokhari, Dordi, Kholsothar rural municipalities as well as Rainas and Madhya Nepal municipalities. District Election Officer Yadav Raj Acharya informed that materials were sent to nearby Besisahar and Sundarbazar municipalities as well as Marsyangdi rural municipality on Monday.

According to District Police Chief DSP Jitendra Kumar Shrestha, 3 to 5 Nepal Police and 5 to 10 Election Police personnel have been deployed at each polling station. He said that Nepal Police had reached the polling stations with the necessary equipment by Monday evening.
Among the employees deployed in the election, 140 are federal, 86 are provincial government employees, 556 are local level employees, and 78 are public corporation employees. Similarly, 290 are primary level teachers.
12 candidates from 11 political parties and one independent are in the fray in Lamjung. There are a total of 137,124 voters. Out of them, 69,524 are women and 67,600 are men. The number of voters has increased by 3,407 compared to the previous election.
