Jai Bahadur Tamang, 41, of Talekh, Bidur Municipality-6, Nuwakot, has died in a jeep accident in Tarakhola, Ajirkot Rural Municipality-1.
It has been reported that the jeep carrying goods of Kalika Hydropower, Ba 20 Cha 8210, which was heading from Rangrung to Kalika Hydropower, overturned and met with an accident.
DSP Rajkumar Shrestha of the District Police Office, Gorkha said that the driver, Tamang, was crushed by the jeep and died on the spot.
He also said that a police team from the Area Police Office, Jaubari, has reached the spot and is investigating.
