A leopard has been found dead in Hilekhark, Gorkha Municipality-4. The locals had informed the Division Forest Office after the leopard was found dead in the garden of local Dambar Bahadur Thapa on Tuesday afternoon.

‘It has been learned from the locals that they heard a sound like a leopard fighting last night, and there are also lacerations on the leopard’s body,’ he said, ‘It is assumed that the leopard died in a fight.’
