One person has died in a motorcycle accident in Ghumaune, Arughat Rural Municipality-3.
The identity of the deceased has not been revealed. The motorcycle (Ga 18 Pa 3544) heading from Arughat to Machhakhola lost control and crashed into the right wall of the road on Saturday evening, said DSP Rajkumar Shrestha of the District Police Office, Gorkha.
The motorcycle driver, a 30-year-old man, who was unconscious due to head and face injuries, was declared dead by the doctors after being taken to Arughat Hospital in Arughat, police said. The motorcycle is under police control and the incident is being investigated, police said.
