All the injured are being treated at the Provincial Hospital in Besisahar, Lamjung.
Four people were injured when two motorcycles collided with each other at Belauti Bisauna, Besisahar Municipality-6, Lamjung.
At the place under the Besisahar Chame road, a motorcycle with the registration number Ba.P.R.02-028 Pa 2406 coming from Khudi towards Besisahar and a motorcycle with the registration number Ga 20 Pa 4281 coming from the opposite direction collided.
According to eyewitnesses, the motorcycles collided around 5:30 pm on Thursday. The injured driver of the motorcycle with the registration number Ga 20 Pa 4281, 32, of Jyangkhola, Besisahar Municipality-8, has suffered internal injuries to both arms, legs and chest.
The condition of the rider behind the motorcycle, James Panta, 19, of Nayagaun, Shuklagandaki Municipality-5, Tanahun, has been reported to be serious as his right leg was injured, according to the police.
Similarly, the driver of the motorcycle with the registration number Ba.P.R.02-028 Pa 2406, 22, of Marsyangdi Rural Municipality-6, has been injured in his right hand. The rider behind the motorcycle, Rajan Gurung, 19, has been injured in his right knee. All of them are undergoing treatment at the Provincial Hospital, Lamjung, in Besisahar, informed Police Inspector Abhishek Pandey of the District Police Office, Lamjung.
Police have said that the collision may have occurred because the motorcycles were speeding.
