The Commission for the Investigation of Abuse of Authority (CIAA) filed a chargesheet in the Special Court on Tuesday against the then head of the Nepal Electricity Authority Pokhara Distribution Center, Rajiv Kumar Singh, on charges of causing damage to public property.
In a statement issued by the commission on Tuesday, it was stated that a case has been filed against the then chief Singh and others for causing damage to public property worth Rs 1.393 million while they were at the distribution center.
Similarly, the commission has filed a chargesheet against the center's assistant accounts officer (store chief) Lok Prasad Kafle and security guards Ram Kumar Purja and Hem Sharma as defendants.
