Two people have gone missing while bathing in the Trishuli River near the Kuringhat suspension bridge in Ichchakamana-4, Chitwan.

Police have said that Shankar Chaudhary, 21, of Geruwa Rural Municipality-2, Banasara, Bardiya, and Saurabh Tharu, 22, of Rajapur Municipality, who work at the Super Trishuli Hydropower, drowned while bathing. 

A team including divers from the Armed Police Force Disaster Management Training Academy, Kuringhat, was mobilized to search for the missing on Saturday.

It has been revealed that the missing are workers of CE Construction Pvt. Ltd., who came to work at the Trishuli Hydropower. The search for the missing has not been found till Saturday and the search will continue on Sunday, the Armed Police Force Disaster Management Training Academy, Kuringhat, has said.
