Nepal Investment Megha Bank Limited has provided educational materials worth Rs. 125,000 to the students of Mahalaxmi Secondary School in Laxmi Bazaar, Gorkha Municipality-9.

25 students of the school were provided with bags, shoes, socks, school uniforms, notebooks, pens, calculators and geometry boxes worth Rs 5,000 per student. 

Milan Basnet, Manager of the bank's Gorkha branch, said that the bank has provided support under its social responsibility program with the aim of strengthening the educational and financial condition of poor, helpless and talented students from grades 1 to 9.

The school has stated that the support will increase the confidence, enthusiasm and continuity of economically weak students towards education and will have a positive impact on their educational journey.
