The District Police Office, Kaski, has arrested two people involved in theft during the Gen-G movement on Bhadra 24. Deepak Kunwar, 28, of Gorkha, a resident of Pokhara Metropolitan City-5, and Deepak Rana Magar, 23, of Dhading, a resident of Pokhara-5, have been arrested.

DSP Hari Bahadur Basnet, the office's information officer, said that they were arrested while searching for those involved in vandalism, arson and looting of government, non-government and private houses and shops in Pokhara.

He said that 3 CPUs, 3 keyboards and mice, 1 printer and monitor, 2 multiplugs, and 36 driving licenses were recovered from their rooms.

In addition, the police have also seized a motorcycle with the number Ba 59 Pa 8438 from them.  The District Court in Kaski extended the remand of both of them for 4 days on Sunday for the offence of criminal nuisance.
