Minu Indra Lamsal, 44, of Tokha-5, Kathmandu, was rescued by helicopter on Saturday and taken to Kathmandu. Lamsal, who was walking on foot in Chumanubri-5, was injured after being hit by a rock falling from a cliff last Thursday. He has a head injury. He was taken to Grande Hospital, Kathmandu, by helicopter on Saturday for treatment, said DSP Rajkumar Shrestha of the District Police Office, Gorakhka.

He could not be rescued as the helicopter could not fly due to adverse weather conditions. He was kept in a hotel in his village and treated by health workers from the same health post.
