Kaski Police has started 'Operation 365' campaign to control the motorcycles that change shape and make loud noise. The police started this operation from October 27 after the public complaints of blowing silencers of motorcycles causing noise pollution.

According to the Kaski police, after the 'Zen-G' movement, noise pollution was caused by blasting motorcycle silencers day and night in urban areas including Lakeside. As part of the campaign, 87 motorcycles that have changed their appearance have been seized by Wednesday.

22 motorcyclists who argued with the police while trying to take control of the motorcycle have been detained in the case of indecent behavior. 16 drivers have been released after negotiation. The driver has been fined by returning the modified motorcycle to its original form. Kaski Police Chief Naveen Karki said that after the 'Gen-G' movement, there were also drug addicts who caused noise pollution by blasting motorcycle silencers.

"By changing the shape of motorcycles, there were widespread complaints that noise pollution, terrorizing the society, and disrupting peace and order are on the rise, especially at night," he said.

According to him, "Operation 365" will be conducted continuously. District Police Office Kaski has issued a statement and has requested the owners of vehicles to drive their vehicles in their original form without modifying them and also to the owners of garages, workshops, reconditioning houses involved in 'modification' to refrain from doing so. The

statement said, "If the vehicle is found to be modified and driven, the owner of the vehicle and the persons involved in the act are also requested to be prosecuted according to the law."
