During the Gen-G movement, the Gandaki Provincial Assembly's secretariat, assembly hall, and other structures were destroyed, and the Parliament meeting has been convened in the ministry hall.

Provincial Assembly Secretary Govind Poudel informed that a meeting will be held at the hall of the Ministry of Agriculture, Land Management and Cooperatives at Malepatan, Pokhara on October 22nd at 1 pm. 

The provincial assembly meeting was called on August 25th at 1 pm. On August 24, the next day's meeting was postponed after the protest intensified. 

The team of Speaker, Deputy Speaker, Provincial Assembly Secretary searched for an alternative place to hold the meeting. Speaker Krishna Prasad Dhital called the meeting after concluding that the hall of the Ministry of Agriculture is suitable from a security and technical point of view. 

The bill regarding the legalization of marijuana registered in the secretariat is being prepared to end the session by sending it to the relevant committee for discussion.
