Kaligandaki Corridor has been blocked in Baglung due to landslides due to incessant rain. The police said that the corridor was completely blocked due to the landslide in Jaimini Municipality-8 Chisti.

The road was blocked due to a landslide at 10 am on Wednesday. When the road was blocked, even pedestrians along with vehicles could not move.

As soon as it was known that the landslide had occurred, the team led by police chief Yadavhadur Karki from police station Chhisti started trying to open the road. But as it was impossible to reveal it immediately, the police cooperated with the local level.

Besides the dozer of Jaimini, efforts have been made to open the Kaligand corridor project in coordination with the city deputy chief Harihar Sharma. The incident site is 100 meters north of Chisti police station. The place is 36 km south of the capital.
