Demand to establish locality administration office in remote areas of Nawalpur

The People's Representative of East Nawalparasi has submitted a memorandum to the Home Minister Ramesh Akhtar demanding the office of local administration. In 2078, all stakeholders of the district recommended the Ministry of Home Affairs to establish an area administration office at Bullingtar 6 Atrauli for hilly areas.

However, in the last decision of the Council of Ministers, after Nawalpur was not included, the locals criticized the opposition and political parties for not reaching them.

The delegation led by Shashank Koirala, Member of Parliament of Region No. 1, met the Home Minister and submitted the memorandum. It is mentioned in the memorandum that the establishment of local administration office is indispensable for the convenience of the local people as it is necessary for the citizens of the hilly areas to travel more than 50 kilometers through the hilly areas to reach the district headquarters, Kawasoti.

Earlier, even though the demand was registered with the relevant body, it was not implemented, so this time the Ministry of Home Affairs has been requested to take serious action. Similarly, the residents of Binayi Triveni Rural Municipality Ward No. 6 and 7 have to come through Lumbini Province to come to the center of the municipality, so it has been requested to provide services by creating a local administration or a special zone. In the

team, Shashank Koirala, Member of Parliament Bishnu Kumar Karki, Chairman of Congress Nawalpur and Provincial Assembly Member Mahendra Dhwaj GC, General Minister of Congress Gandaki Bishnu Prasad Lamichhane, President of Bullingtar Rural Municipality Dipendra Sunari Magar,  Prakash Ojha, chairman of Boudikali Rural Municipality, and representatives of various parties participated.
