After continuous rains, traffic has been blocked due to landslides at two places on the national highway Beni-Jomsom road under the Kaligandaki corridor.

The Sirubari landslide near Raghuganga rural municipality-2 Beseri and the landslide in Sukebagar of Annapurna rural municipality-3 Dana blocked the traffic on Beni-Jomsom road . Landslides in both places block the roads every year throughout the monsoon season. In Baisari, the landslides pile up on the roads at night and excavators are used to remove the landslides, opening one-way traffic during the day.

The Beni-Darbang road connecting the western part of the district is also blocked. Small landslides have also blocked traffic in other rural roads. Beni Municipality-4 Singha Tatopani and Mangala Rural Municipality-2 Simalchaur landslides are causing daily traffic disruptions on Beni-Darbang road. For the last 30 years, Faparkhet landslides have been suffering from continuous landslides during monsoons .
