One person went missing on Saturday after being washed away by the Madi river in Dulempani, Byas Municipality-7 of Tanahun.
According to the district police office, 40-year-old Hari Periyar, resident of Beas Municipality-1 Amreni, is missing.
The missing Pariyar was working in Nepal Telecommunication Authority Damauli. Police Inspector Raju Adhikari of the District Police Office informed that the search for him is underway. Three of the picnickers went swimming in the Madi River. He was swept away while swimming.
