This is an important step towards the creation of an inclusive and equitable state," said Administrative Officer Paudel.
According to the purchasing officer, in coordination with the ward office, the district administration office completed all the procedures and provided the citizenship certificate to Ramchandra Pariyar, who is completely disabled, at home.
This kind of service-oriented program will make citizens feel the presence of the state. It is also believed to create a sense of belonging towards the government," he said.
Chief District Officer Madhav Prasad Pokharel said that the government is active in the direction of guaranteeing social justice and human rights with this effort to distribute citizenship to citizens with disabilities.
He said that only if such programs can be continued, the services of the state can become truly people-oriented and inclusive.
