The road has been blocked in the Baglung section of Madhyapahari Lokmarg due to landslides after incessant rains. Trees have fallen at a place called Tarakhse of Kathekhola rural municipality-6 of Baglung due to a landslide since Monday night.
Due to the blocking of this road, the residents of 6 local levels from Baglung headquarters to the west have been affected. District Police Information Officer and DSP Basant Regmi said that a police team led by Assistant Inspector Khim Bahadur Karki of Madhyapahari Public Road Project Office and Police Station Dobilla has been mobilized for the task of removing landslides. Efforts were made to open a one-way road with the cooperation of police and locals. It is said that it will take all day on Tuesday to completely clean the road.
