The Congress Central Disciplinary Committee has asked for an explanation from the spokesperson of West Nawalparasi Congress, Radheshyam Pathak. Disciplinary committee coordinator Anand Dhungana wrote a letter 6 days ago and asked Pathak for an explanation.
Four months ago, Pathak has been asked to give an explanation within 7 days regarding the fact that he insulted the party leadership in his Facebook status. 'They sent me a letter on June 27 and asked me for an explanation without any reason. Which is ridiculous and absurd,' Pathak said, 'Look at how low our Congress party has fallen!' On the basis of his writing satirizing the coalition government, the center has blamed the central member Devendra Kandel for asking for an explanation.
Pathak is a member of the General Committee of West Nawalparasi Congress and the district spokesperson of the party.
